The Senior Officers (SOs) are provided with a database of all such customers as mentioned above and they need to do calling on those customer databases, fix up meetings and then go and meet up with the customers for a new policy. The targets are based on the customer databases recd by each SO.

The Customer Advisory Team Channel is one of the distribution channels in MNYL which is focusing upon “Orphan” customers. Here, “orphan” customers refers to those customers to whom MNYL had sold life insurance policies but the agents who had sold those policies are no longer associated with the organization and hence they have no agents who are mapped with them. The prime focus of this channel is to retain these customers and provide continued customer service to them and up sell new policies to these existing set of customers.

Expectation from Candidates:
1. Since this is a Service & Sales Profile, the candidates should be willing to do extensive traveling within the city.
2. Own Conveyance is a must for this role and hence anybody not having his own conveyance will not qualify for this role.
3. The candidates should be mentally prepared for a field job as the role involves 80% Field job and 20% office job and hence any candidate looking for a sitting job should not apply for this job.
4. Good Knowledge of the local area form which he belongs.
5. This is a Target Based job and the candidate is expected to achieve his sales targets basis the customer database allocated to him. Any candidate unwilling to do a target based job should not apply for this job.
6. Basic computer knowledge is expected.

Education/experience:

3-months or more experience in Insurance/ Freshers inclined towards sales
· Graduate (MBA preferable)
· Good communication skills
· Age : 21 years – 27 years
· Own conveyance is must.
