The Profile is of Life Insurance Sales by making Advisors/ Agents and generating Life Insurance Policies. Its a Hard Core Sales profile. Candidates having at least 4 years Marketing Experience will be preferred. The person must have completed at least 2 goal sheets.

Expectation from Candidates:
1. Since this is a Service & Sales Profile, the candidates should be willing to do extensive traveling within the city.
2. Own Conveyance is a must for this role and hence anybody not having his own conveyance will not qualify for this role.
3. The candidates should be mentally prepared for a field job as the role involves 80% Field job and 20% office job and hence any candidate looking for a sitting job should not apply for this job.
4. Good Knowledge of the local area form which he belongs.
5. This is a Target Based job and the candidate is expected to achieve his sales targets basis the customer database allocated to him. Any candidate unwilling to do a target based job should not apply for this job.
6. Basic computer knowledge is expected.

Education/experience:

· Graduate (MBA preferable)
· Good communication skills
· Age : 25 years +
· Own conveyance is must.
· Knowledge of local language
· Basic computer knowledge
